We reserve the right to take photographs or video footage at our worship services and/or other church-related activities which may take place within or outside of our building. By attending any of these events, you are aware and give consent for your photograph or video to be taken. Any photographs, videos, or likeness of yourself may then be used in church-produced materials, including but not limited to, bulletins, brochures, online platforms, and other printed or digital materials without any form of compensation to you. By entry and attendance to our events, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you, including, but not limited to, rights to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for sue of such recorded media. To protect your privacy, no identifying information such as full names will accompany any media items unless permission is first granted.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the photographer on the day and let the church office know. If there are any media items of you on our website or social media platforms which you would like to be removed, please let our office know and we will fulfil your request as soon as possible.

You may request to access your information by contacting our office and we will endeavor to grant you access. In instances where the provision of such information may result in a breach of privacy for others, we may have to refuse your request but will provide you with reasons for the refusal.
